Association Records

Online records of Association documents and files. Archival system of Association communications, documents and financial records in accordance with RCW 64.34, 64.32 and 64.90

Association Communication

Provide timely communication and disclosures to Board members and owners as required by the Governing Documents and RCW 64.32, 64.32 and 64.90. Electronic means of communication available and distributed to all owners and residents.

Board Meeting Facilitation

Attend all meetings of the Board in person or by Zoom. Conduct Annual Meeting and work with Inspector of Elections to conduct annual Board election. Prepare meeting agendas, management report and prepare meeting minutes as requested.

Association Governance

We will address governance issues within the Association. We will ensure compliance with the Governing Documents and as required by state statute.

Compliance Processing

As a result of on-site property inspections and reports of non compliance we will process violations of the Governing Documents in accordance with the Association's Enforcement Policy. Owners will have instant notification and access to respond via their online portal.

Recreational Facility Management

Management of community amenities with online reservation tools and capacity control. Whether you have a clubhouse room to rent or community pool, we are able to assist with the management of these facilities. We will help coordinate the rental space and monitor the daily use by owners and residents to ensure compliance with the ever changing COVID restrictions.
