Provide timely communication and disclosures to Board members and owners as required by the Governing Documents and RCW 64.32, 64.32 and 64.90. Electronic means of communication available and distributed to all owners and residents.
Attend all meetings of the Board in person or by Zoom. Conduct Annual Meeting and work with Inspector of Elections to conduct annual Board election. Prepare meeting agendas, management report and prepare meeting minutes as requested.
We will address governance issues within the Association. We will ensure compliance with the Governing Documents and as required by state statute.
As a result of on-site property inspections and reports of non compliance we will process violations of the Governing Documents in accordance with the Association's Enforcement Policy. Owners will have instant notification and access to respond via their online portal.
